Operations. Leadership. Industrial AI. Built teams. Ran P&L. Then built systems.

286 people across 8 branches. Margin improved from 8% to 28%. Parts availability from 56% to 86%. Profit from $2M to $6M+. First CAT safety system deployed in the region. These numbers came from running real operations, not reading about them.

Speaking
Invited Speaker, Digitalisation & AI in Mining Australia 2026

Featured in the initial speaker lineup for the 7th Annual Digitalisation & AI in Mining Australia Conference (Perth, 25-26 November 2026), alongside leaders in autonomous operations, AI governance, and the intelligent mine. View announcement ↗

First Place, WA Digital Government Hackathon 2026

First place at the CyberWest Hub and WA Office of Digital Government Hackathon (June 2026). Built Harmony, a solution at the intersection of AI and cyber security. The team set the direction and made the calls, an AI agent wrote the code, delivered in three days. We operated, the machine built. View post ↗

Industry Inner Join v17 "Dashboard Off" Finalist

One of 5 finalists selected for the Coal'd Blooded Mining Dashboard Off (Feb 27, 2026). Given a broken dashboard and dataset, delivered a storytelling-led 7-tab executive dashboard with 3-month forecast and 45-second Remotion walkthrough video. Organized by Douglas Robertson. View post ↗

VisagioX Hackathon 2026 Semi-Finalist

Reached the semi-finals, top 15 teams of 142 participants, at the VisagioX Hackathon in Perth (April 2026). Team VT Edge Case built an adaptive human-in-the-loop control concept for autonomous systems, a working product under time pressure. View post ↗

⚙
Mining Intelligence
Mining Digital Intelligence Platform

Site managers juggling three OEM portals to answer one question: is my fleet healthy? I've been in that room. This platform unifies fleet management, condition monitoring, and safety alerts into a single analytical layer. Command center, pulse dashboard, value architect, territory board.

📡
Agent Operations
Control Bridge

Once an organisation runs more than a handful of AI agents, oversight becomes the bottleneck. Control Bridge is the operations console: a single screen to dispatch agents, watch live telemetry over Server-Sent Events, and route the dangerous moves through a human approval gate. Built on FastAPI, Docker, and Claude Code.

🤖
AI Architecture
AI Executive Assistant

Running a regional operation means managing 50+ moving parts simultaneously. I did it for 11 years with spreadsheets. Now I built a system that does it for me: daily intelligence cycles, pipeline tracking, opportunity monitoring, network health. Same operational discipline, AI-scaled.

📊
Supply Chain Analytics
Mining Supply Intelligence Platform

Procurement risk in mining is invisible until a supplier fails. By the time it hits your KPIs it's too late. This platform scores suppliers across risk, compliance, and spend anomalies before problems surface. Random Forest risk scoring, Isolation Forest anomaly detection, NLQ interface, 29 automated tests.

🌍
Network Intelligence
Network Intelligence System

Professional networks decay silently. The people who can open doors drift away because nobody tracked the relationship momentum. KNIS applies physics to professional relationships: mass (seniority), velocity (recency), priority blend. Three implementations across Python, SvelteKit + FastAPI, and geocoded map visualization.

AI Governance
Australian AI Governance Atlas

Interactive 3D globe mapping AI governance frameworks across all 8 Australian states and territories. Search, compare, and explore the regulatory landscape.

Before I built AI systems, I ran operations. 286 people across 8 branches. Service organizations rebuilt from the ground up. Spare parts processes redesigned, kaizen cycles implemented, and P&L results delivered in environments where downtime costs millions. The AI came later, because the problems I had already solved by hand demanded better tools. Every system I build carries that operational DNA.
